What’s included:
Adventure to Atitlan with Kelsey Rose Yoga
Escape with Kelsey to Lake Atitlan, a magical crater lake located in the heart of Guatemala. This retreat will provide you with the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of life, and explore a remote part of the world that will open your heart and your perspective to what could be.
The trip begins with an overnight stay in the beautiful, colonial city of Antigua, where the group will assemble, and your first taste of life in Guatemala will be enjoyed. We will then make our way to Isla Verde, a unique and beautiful lakefront eco-resort with a laid back vibe.
Our days will include daily (and always optional) Yoga and Fitness classes, delicious locally sourced meals, as well as plenty of time for relaxation, rejuvenation and reflection amongst the energetic vortex that is Lake Atitlan.
Outdoor lovers will have the opportunity to partake in many adventurous activities throughout our week including kayaking, hiking, and stand up paddle boarding. We will also have plenty of opportunity to experience the ancient Mayan culture of Lake Atitlan, or give back by volunteering at a local preschool. Boat rides are readily available to visit neighboring villages where you can take in some amazing people watching, local foods, markets, and some of the best textile and arts shopping in Central America.
Come experience the magic of Guatemala with an amazing group of people! This trip will change your life… if you let it. 🙂
